About Simon 3D

Simon 3D puts the memory classic on a round 3D table as four chunky coloured pads — green, red, yellow and blue. A pad lights up with a bright glow and physically pops down when it plays; you repeat what you saw, the sequence grows by one step, and the playback tempo creeps up round after round. It is a pure test of short-term memory with satisfying physical feedback.

Because the pads sit in a 2×2 layout, the game rewards spatial memory as much as colour memory: many players find they remember the pattern as a little dance across the table rather than a list of colours. Scores are complete rounds survived, and the built-in best-score tracker makes 'just one more round' hard to resist.

How to Play Simon 3D

1

Press Start and watch the table — one 3D pad lights up and pops.

2

When the display says 'Your turn', click or tap that same pad.

3

Each round the sequence grows by one pad and replays a little faster.

4

Repeat the full sequence in the exact order using the pads, the Q W A S keys, or the colour buttons.

5

One wrong pad flashes the correct answer and ends the game.

6

Your score is the number of complete rounds you survived.

Tips & Tricks

  • 💡Say the colours out loud as they play — verbal rehearsal massively extends how much you can hold.
  • 💡Chunk the sequence into groups of three or four, the way you would memorise a phone number.
  • 💡Watch positions, not just colours: remembering the shape the pattern draws on the table is easier than a list.

Simon 3D — Frequently Asked Questions

Does the sequence speed up?+

Playback gets a little faster with every added step, so a 15-step sequence plays noticeably quicker than a 5-step one. The pads also flash and physically pop down, which helps you track them.

What happens when I press the wrong pad?+

The game ends, but first the correct pad flashes so you can see where you went wrong. Your score is the number of complete rounds you repeated correctly.

How is my score calculated?+

Only rounds you fully completed count. If you fail during round 9 after completing 8 rounds, your score is 8.
