How are teams balanced?
Names are shuffled first, then dealt to teams one at a time in rotation, so team sizes differ by at most one and no team is stacked by list order.
Can I choose team size instead of team count?
Yes. Switch the mode to "people per team" and the tool calculates how many teams are needed. The last team may be smaller if the numbers do not divide evenly.
How do I save the teams?
Each team card has a copy button, and "Copy all teams" copies the full assignment as text for pasting into a chat or document.
Can I reshuffle until I like the result?
Of course — press Reshuffle for a completely new random split. Every press is a fresh, unbiased shuffle.
